Justice Minister Yosef (Tommy) Lapid on Monday
rejected a Palestinian demand for Israel to
release members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad being
held in Israeli jails, dismissing the call as
"impractical" in light of the recent declaration
by Hamas that it would continue its fight against
Israel once the three-month truce is over.

Good. Contrary to media claims, the Road Map does not require the release of any Palestinian prisoners and none of them should be released until the PA starts cracking down on the terror groups instead of cutting deals with them.
