An Islamic Jihad leader in Jenin said terror attacks will resume, because he claimed Israel has not kept its side of the bargain.

"Since Israel has not kept the Hudna, Islamic Jihad and Hamas therefore cannot sit by and maintain the cease-fire, the attacks will resume," Bessam Sa'adi, Islamic Jihad leader in Jenin, told the Jerusalem Post in an exclusive telephone interview. Sa'adi has been in hiding for months, rarely sleeping in the same place two nights in a row.

Although I suppose its a bit superfluous to point out that a mass-murdering terrorist is also a liar, it is important to note that Israel was not party to the hudna at all and is bound by no obligations in regard to it. It is purely an internal agreement (now broken, although you wont read that in the NY Times anytime soon) between Palestinian factions.
