Tony Blair was given a rousing reception by his MPs in the Commons as he denied outright that Downing Street had interfered with evidence produced by the security services and endorsed John Reid’s assertion that someone in the intelligence community was briefing the media. Only 11 rebelled to vote for a Liberal-Democrat motion calling for an independent inquiry into the row.

Politically, sounds like another win for Blair. Read it all. Seems like the Left in Britain is doing its best to discredit the war after the fact, and don't seem to care how many lies it takes to do it. Any bets on who that "American-based academic" is?
