It is highly significant that the media has ignored the main successes of the war so far; namely that neither Israel, the Shiites, or most especially the Kurds have been the targets of massive Iraqi attack. From where I'm sitting, and I hope I'm not speaking prematurely here, since I am, of course, in the firing line, this is no small accomplishment.
